Entry to The BLOCKS Collection is based on your
full agreement with these basic conditions of entry
which have been designed with everyone’s safety
and comfort in mind.
Management reserve the right to refuse entry to any person. Management also reserves the right to remove any person from the premises without refund who violates any of the conditions below.
We also reserve the right to inspect any bag and/or articles of clothing.
No refunds or exchanges will be provided upon breach of any of these conditions.·
Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult (18+) while on the premises.
For groups of up to 10 children there must be a minimum of two supervising adults.·
The fixed price events are for up to the nominated number of attendees.
There is no discount for smaller group or fewer showing up on the day.·
Bookings must be made 7 days in advance. No deposit is required. Payment is to be made before the day of the event. Cancellations must be made two days before the event,· You may be photographed for promotional use and rights to all such footage stay with The BLOCKS Collection.·
The movement of customers within the premises is monitored by CCTV.·
No food or drink in the display area. Food only to be consumed in the upstairs Build Room.
